Delivery Timeframes

Timeframes begin from the date your order is confirmed and processed. Orders placed on weekends or Saudi public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery on all orders above SR 1,000
- Orders below SR 1,000 are subject to a delivery fee calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- Heavy items such as large safes and vault doors may incur additional delivery charges due to size and weight — our team will confirm this before processing your order

Large & Heavy Items
Safes, vault doors, and heavy equipment require special handling. For these items:
- Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a specific delivery appointment at a time convenient for you
- We use specialized equipment and trained staff to transport and position heavy safes safely
- For safes above a certain weight, we offer positioning and anchoring services at your premises — ask our team for details when ordering
- Please ensure there is clear access to the delivery location before your appointment

Installed Equipment
For products that require professional installation — including time attendance systems, access control systems, CCTV, and queuing systems — delivery and installation are coordinated together. Our technical team will contact you after your order is confirmed to schedule a suitable installation date.
Installation is quoted separately from the product price. Contact us for a full quote including delivery and installation.
