Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

Coverage We deliver to all cities and regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Mecca, Medina, Khobar, Tabuk, Abha, Hail, Najran, Yanbu, and all other governorates. We are continuously working to expand our delivery coverage to Gulf and Arab countries — contact us for international shipping enquiries.

Delivery Timeframes

Location Estimated Delivery Time
Riyadh 1 – 2 business days (direct delivery via our representatives)
Jeddah 1 – 3 business days (direct delivery via our representatives)
Other cities 2 – 3 business days via Aramex
Remote areas 3 – 5 business days

Fridays and the day the order is placed are not counted as business days. Delivery times begin from the moment your order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Order Processing All orders are prepared and dispatched to our shipping partner Aramex within one business day of confirmed payment. Once your order is handed to Aramex, a tracking number will be sent to your registered mobile phone number.

Direct Pickup Customers in Riyadh may collect their orders directly from our Riyadh branch. Contact us at +966 55 162 8281 to arrange collection and confirm availability before visiting.

Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We deliver to the address provided at checkout exactly as entered. We are unable to modify delivery addresses once an order has been dispatched.

Order Cancellation Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have been dispatched to the shipping carrier. If you need to cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately at +966 55 162 8281 or info@gulfsafes.com.


2. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Use the tracking number sent to your mobile to follow your shipment directly with Aramex.

If you do not receive a tracking number within one business day of your order being confirmed, contact us at +966 55 162 8281 or info@gulfsafes.com and we will provide it immediately.


3. Delivery Delays

Gulfsafes and our delivery partners are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • The customer not being present at the delivery address at the time of delivery
  • Failure to respond to calls from the delivery representative
  • Requests to change the delivery address after dispatch
  • Incomplete or incorrect address information provided at checkout

In such cases, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the shipment according to their standard procedures. The customer is responsible for coordinating with the carrier to arrange redelivery.


4. Risk of Loss

All orders are prepared and packaged in accordance with our shipping agreements. Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. Gulfsafes is not liable for loss or damage that occurs after handover to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 24 hours at +966 55 162 8281 or info@gulfsafes.com.


5. Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Window Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of the delivery date for products with a confirmed manufacturing defect. The original invoice must be presented or attached with any return request.

Conditions for Return or Exchange To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received
  • The original invoice must be included
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be present and undamaged
  • The return request must be submitted within the 3-day window

Exchange Options A defective product may be exchanged for:

  • The same product (subject to stock availability)
  • A product of higher specifications, with the customer paying the price difference

Gulfsafes reserves the right to assess any returned product through our technical team before approving an exchange. The decision of our maintenance technician regarding the nature of the defect is final.


6. Refund Policy

Eligibility Refunds are issued only for products confirmed to have a manufacturing defect and returned within the 3-day window in accordance with the conditions above.

Refund Process For purchases made via electronic payment, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of the return being approved. The customer must follow up with their bank if the refund does not appear within this timeframe.

Deductions Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount if the customer requests a cash refund rather than an exchange.


7. Return Shipping

For products with a confirmed manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for delivering the item to the nearest shipping carrier to return it to our warehouse. Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refund as applicable.


8. Exceptions — Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following are not covered by our returns and exchange policy:

  • Return requests submitted after the 3-day window
  • Products that have been used, installed, or benefited from
  • Products returned without original packaging, price tags, accessories, or documentation
  • Damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow operating instructions
  • Damage caused by exposure to water, moisture, or unsuitable environments
  • Products that have been tampered with or subjected to unauthorized external repair or modification
  • Damage caused by use of incompatible accessories or components
  • Products with partial or complete physical damage not related to manufacturing defects

9. Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product. All warranty claims are assessed by our technical team. Products found to violate warranty conditions — including physical damage, unauthorized modification, or misuse — will not be covered under warranty.

10. How to Submit a Return or Refund Request

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and original invoice
  3. Describe the defect or issue clearly
  4. Our team will assess your request and respond within one business day
  5. If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product
