In mixed mode, the Newton-A reads each note with its image sensor, recognises the denomination and currency, and gives a full value total — perfect for end-of-day reconciliation. In single mode, it counts one denomination and pushes any odd notes to the reject pocket. A press of a button shows the breakdown by denomination, and the printer/PC port lets you print a detailed report.
